By accessing or using the Lokio platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, including the terms governing Lokio Balance.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, documentation, CLI, or other Lokio resources, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our documentation and guidelines. You must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the availability or security of our systems.

Lokio Balance

Lokio Balance is an in-app credit system that allows you to purchase services available on the Lokio platform (such as bootcamp registrations or plan upgrades). Lokio Balance is strictly non-withdrawable — it cannot be converted to cash, transferred to a bank account, or sent to any digital wallet outside the platform. Balance is also non-transferable between user accounts. Once a top-up is completed, the transaction is final and the balance will be credited to your account.

Top-Up & Payments

Adding Lokio Balance is done through verified third-party payment gateways. By initiating a top-up, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used and that all information provided is accurate. Lokio reserves the right to cancel or reverse a top-up if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected. All payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway provider.

Refunds & Disputes

Lokio Balance top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited to your account. Refund requests may be considered only in cases of verified technical errors that result in a failed or duplicated charge. To request a review, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds, if approved, will be issued in the form of Lokio Balance credit, not cash. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account if you fail to secure your login credentials.

Prohibited Activities

You must not: use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to top up Lokio Balance; initiate chargebacks in bad faith; attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the balance system; or use automated tools to artificially generate or inflate balance. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

Content, code, trademarks, and other materials provided by Lokio are subject to the license stated (e.g. MIT or other open source licenses). You must comply with the applicable license terms for each component you use.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Lokio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services. This includes any loss of Lokio Balance arising from account termination due to violation of these terms.

Changes to Services

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services at any time. Material changes to the Terms of Service will be communicated via the platform or official channels.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through reasonable means and, where necessary, through the competent courts.
